I’m pretty cynical about how the world we have now is but I never imagined we’d be talking about 20,000 deaths in Gaza—and I never imagined how many people would be perfectly fine with 20,000 deaths, would defend it as normal, moral, just, or unavoidable. Nothing is okay or will ever be the same.

I folded up my clothes all nice and put ‘em in the laundry basket so I could easily put them away… that was 3 days ago and now since my laundry basket is full I just have a pile of dirty clothes on the bed 🙃
