I've only made chili rellanos twice & not recently. But this went pretty smooth & third time was definitely the charm!
Delicious, fresh poblano chilis w/blue corn beer batter coating, seasoned tofu & shredded plant based cheese stuffing & homemade roasted tomatillo & garlic salsa....so good!

Had Paramount+ through Amazon Prime; cancelling was the easiest thing in the world. I saw someone's post saying it took them 45 minutes to cancel Paramount, but then they got to tell a sales rep why. Only drawback to having it as an add-on through Prime, no way to say exactly why I cancelled.
