How is standard of practice for supplements going to be developed and then broadly accepted and used by doctors? How are doctors going to be trained, and by whom? Like, on a practical level, how will this work?

But how are doctors going to prescribe supplements? By the time a pharmaceutical gets to market, the standard of practice is well in hand. That's part of what clinical trials do.
