He wears only an earring and boxers, with no other clothing on. William has a thin body type, but begins to fill out around his waist and under his chest on the sides. His spring lock scars are visible, which are assorted lines, circle and oval shaped, and half moon like ones. William's body hair is visible across his chest, arms, stomach, legs and the top of his feet, with stretch marks also on his stomach and inner thighs.
