ProPublica + WPLN report a teen at a TN youth facility was violently mistreated on video — staff didn’t report it, leadership denied knowing, and warnings were ignored. Multiple sources say abuse wasn’t reported across facilities. The state is now investigating.

He Suffered Abuse in a Private Youth Jail. The Company Never Reported It.

Reacher vs. Racists: approved, then shelved for political inconvenience. Real life really out here competing with fiction.

Your claim is based on a misinterpreted hadith. Mainstream Islamic scholarship does not teach that Muslims can lie to non‑Muslims.

I’m not engaging with misinformation or religious prejudice.
Please verify claims before posting them.
Fear isn’t a source.

No further replies from me.

Your claims don’t match verified facts. NYC isn’t imposing Islamic doctrine, and July 4th events weren’t blocked for religious reasons. Please check reliable sources before repeating misinformation.

This is about U.S. law, not theology. The only group imposing doctrine through American legislation right now is the Christian Right. Under the First Amendment, any faith‑based law-Christian, Islamic, Jewish, Buddhist, Native, Wiccan-is unconstitutional because it violates everyone else’s rights.

If your freedom requires stripping mine away, it’s not freedom — it’s theology enforced as law.

That’s the constitutional problem.
That’s the pattern.
And that’s why secular law exists.

So when lawmakers legislate based on one denomination’s theology, they’re not protecting “religious freedom.”
They’re enforcing sectarian doctrine on a pluralistic society.

• Christianity: not unanimous, despite political claims otherwise
• Secular ethics: viability, autonomy, and medical evidence

The Part That’s Always Left Out

Different religions define the start of life differently:

• Judaism: first breath
• Islam: ensoulment at ~120 days (varies by interpretation)

• They redefine “freedom” as “freedom for one group at the expense of everyone else.”

This is not religious liberty.
It’s religious imposition.

When lawmakers legislate based on Christian theology:

• They override the rights of citizens who follow other faiths.
• They override the rights of citizens who follow no faith.
• They replace secular law with sectarian doctrine.

Why This Matters: The Constitutional Angle

The Establishment Clause prohibits the government from privileging one religion’s doctrine over others.

This list is not exhaustive - it’s simply the most visible pattern.

• Efforts to mandate “biblical marriage” - proposals defining marriage exclusively through Christian doctrine.

• Mandates for religious mottos or symbols in public spaces - “In God We Trust” requirements justified with Christian identity arguments.

• Censorship of certain art, media, and performances — justified with “protecting morality” based on Christian sexual ethics.

• Restrictions on alcohol sales — Sunday alcohol bans rooted in Christian Sabbath observance.
