Adios is a great little game because it made me care about the protagonist even though I have like zero things in common with him. Also I loved how it showed you some potential responses that you could not actually select. Quite impactful

As is the problem with literally everything else this day and age: It's right wing advertising money dumping massive amounts of hyper-focused targeted propaganda onto social media.
Ban online advertising (with a very broad definition) ban algorithms, and society becomes normal again within 5 years.
