"Be Brave and Upright, that god may love thee."
- Godfrey, "Kingdom of Heaven"

Writer, interested in Anime, Sci-fi, D&D, and Fantasy literature.
Playing TTRPGs since 1985, and I teach K-12 Creative Writing.
I have also considered using Colored Construction paper cut to shape to take with me. That way if I need rivers and roads and hills, I just cut them out in appropriate colors of paper.

That way, the board that would be 3D is 2D instead. As long as you can tell elevation of hills using topography.

I have built 3 armies from my D&D figurines:

1. Medieval Knights & Priests (18 models)
2. Vampire army (13 models) and:
3. Necromancer & Summoned dead (13 warriors)

I can't wait to pit these armies against each other.
I will be taking them along on my next hotel stay in 2 wks.

Cheers!

I will be filling out the Wandering Monster Tables for these 3 areas, (Easy, Tough, Perilous) as well as a Random Weather Table that fits for the types of Terrains found on the Map in the next day or two.

@yochaigal.bsky.social Absolutely love this, and I have already drawn a map for my new Solo Campaign of this game. I will proceed with making the weather charts and Wandering Monster tables to roll in dungeons and on the Watches.

I've made about 12 characters so far, (some will be NPCs)

Love it!

They must've updated these recently, and added a bunch of new pop culture things, (like the mention of "Twilight" films)
since I was a teen. I read a Jack Chick Tract when I was about 13 or 14, and ended up laughing at it, but I see several things that are "newer" on this list.

I think that the best Cornbread I've had was from Cast Iron... I can't really say if you can't call it cornbread if it is made any other way, but it would be hard to argue about it.

A friend of mine told me he likes the Legion of the Damned, makes sense knowing his flair for the flame motif, probably won him over at a young age.

I mentioned I really liked the Black Templars and Grey Knights and he seemed puzzled, despite my college A.A. in Religious Studies.
