I don't think it should be controversial to say, "we will not provide financial or military assistance to a country where the Minister of National Security brags about popping people's dreams of 'food' and 'education' then sending them to a prison where they are starved."
Ben Gvir posted this video on twitter today which shows fat and happy Palestinians on a conveyer built going through the Israeli "prison" (torture camp) system and coming out emaciated and maudlin. This is textbook genocidal content.

Fine, but in general raising taxes on the ultra wealthy (this $1M floor is just to scare wannabe elites) is at least part of the solution. With inequality doing what it is, those proposing only cutting benefits as the solution should not be surprised by the counterproposal…

The fight isn't just with Republicans but also this "third way" nonsense and "moderates" that are beholden to corporate interests and elites.
You put them in power and they will submarine legislation and/or water it down.

The "centrist" think tank Third Way is looking to pay someone between $140,000 and $150,000 to spend their days trying to dig up dirt on DSA members. They're trying to sell this gig as "anti-extremism" work, which I find completely disgusting.

Problem is, the California Democratic party is institutionally stuck in Neutral, the Midwestern Democrats won't stop pandering to the 5 steelworkers left in the region, nobody wants the South to run the party ever again, and the Plains Dems are fighting just to keep their heads above water.

They do not care if you're ACTUALLY an American citizen or not, they only care if they think you SHOULD be an American citizen
A US-born woman born was confronted by sheriff deputies in Louisiana who were convinced her ID and social security card were fakes. They turned her over to ICE, who shackled her & took her an hour away. Even after a lawyer convinced ICE of the woman's citizenship the sheriff says they did no wrong
