My mom, who had a massive stroke and cannot walk, talk, read, or write, and has lived in a nursing home for years, is having her eligibility threatened this year because they've bottomed-out the Medicare allowable asset threshold. There is literally no plan B if she gets kicked off the program.

North Korea tested nuclear weapons in 2017 during Trump‘s first presidency. Trump obviously wants the worst for the US and its allies.

Federal judges usually rely on US Marshals to do that, and federal law requires Marshals to enforce court rulings. However, if the target is a member of the executive branch, there may be untested separation-of-powers questions. Plus Trump would no doubt try to prevent it from happening.
