Oh, I know quite a lot about narcissism - I am vulnerable (covert) narcissist.
And once I got to know just how delirious, delusional and irrational our Ego can get I realized that any case of "good Us vs evil Them" is nothing more but a devious trick of our Ego to keep itself unregulated.

If you want to keep yourself sane you should learn complex truth about the actual world you live in very slowly - learn a bit, process, digest, accept it and only then you are ready for the next piece of relevation about the grand scheme of things.
