The doors to the elevator open, and Valtor follows the other people inside. A few begin talking. They must be visiting this planet together, like some people did when he stayed at the inn on this planet last time. Was it that inn? It may have been another. He can't remember.

They hand Valtor the key to his room and tell him that the elevators are to his left. He turns that way and walks over to them, seeing others waiting as well. They don't recognize who he is. He'll be able to focus fully on this additional new experience.

They ask if Valtor has a reservation, and he says no. They respond that that won't be a problem, but he may want to consider reserving a room in the future in case they're busy. He couldn't have made a reservation. He just escaped from a prison planet.

Valtor approaches the inn and looks at the sign on it. No, this is called a hotel. He walks inside, sees a few people standing behind a desk, and approaches them, asking for a room.

Valtor senses what appears to be a giant inn near a fairy school in the center of the city. He'll stay there. Since no one is levitating or flying, he concludes he should walk there. He does, sticking to the sidewalks as the other people do.

Valtor walks to and enters the city. This wasn't like the witch city. He can sense that many different people live here: fairies, those without magic, and a few witches. He's happy to know there are still witches in the universe. Not all of them died on the prison planet.

Valtor doesn't have time to process this emotion. He needs to find a place to rest and then begin gathering essential objects. He can sense that there are still some on the older planets he wasn't able to destroy last time. He'll start there.

Valtor appears in a forest near that city and is immediately overcome with sadness. He didn't have a chance to complete his stay at the inn. He'll never see those places again.

Valtor chooses to go to the second darkness planet, which is now rather old, to see how it has changed. He can sense that the inn he stayed in so long ago is no longer there. What was once a town is now a city.

The journey takes a few days, but Valtor eventually reaches the essence and takes it easily. Like the others, he puts it in a crystal and transports it to his creators' dimension. Then, he leaves the prison planet.

Domino created this prison planet hastily, so it doesn't have as many of the protections as the others. He's able to find the essence very easily. He still can't transport on the planet, so he has to levitate to it.

The evil beings, like so many times before, emerge from their dimension and demand that Valtor destroys more planets. He was prepared for that. He becomes aware again, stands up, and begins trying to sense the essence for this prison planet.

Preoccupied with trying to figure out multidimensional travel for hundreds of millions of years, Domino and the other main planets never created another prison planet. Rather, the fairies on all those planets trained hard, prepared to defend their planets when the time came.

Arcadia is doubtful Domino will ever figure out multidimensional travel. Once she has the energy to, she'll create a portal to their dimension in the main dimension. She can tell that won't be for a while.

With enough planets in the universe and Arcadia still exhausted, she doesn't create any more. After she's rested for a time, the other good beings tell her about their decision to tell Domino that they may have a way to end planetary destruction.

It takes Valtor's creators 350 million years to feel it's worth returning to the main dimension. Their hatred of the universe never subsided, but they considered giving up on him again. No, let some time pass, and then they'll remind him of his purpose again. [Year 7,517,517,342]

Valtor will worry about whether Domino is able to create another prison planet when he becomes aware again. For now, he'll turn his mind off and lose the sense of the passage of time.

Valtor can feel the negative emotion growing inside him again. Better to turn his mind off and push it away. Maybe it'll grow enough during that time that he'll be able to use it against Domino fairies.

Valtor can't do anything about being imprisoned so often now. He'll wait until his creators tell him to escape the planet to look for the essence. They may be angry at him or at Domino for imprisoning him again. He'll turn his mind off now and let them wake him up if they appear.

Domino was waiting for Valtor to escape the third prison planet. They sent ten of their best fairies to imprison him again. They were able to overpower him. He needs to become more powerful and improve his skills. He needs to find a way to stop being imprisoned so often.

Meanwhile, Tiago is nestled on a sofa, playing on a portable console, listening to the sound through a wired headset with an antenna and a coiled cord. On the arm of the sofa, there's a can of Guaraná soda and a four-string tenor guitar resting beside it. On the other side, there's a lamp and a potted tropical plant. Around them, there are various snacks, such as a bowl of cookies and a mushroom and anchovy pizza.

Valtor wakes up lying on top of a cliff made of dark rock. The sky is dark, too. It's like nighttime, but there aren't any stars. He can sense where he is. It's the fourth prison planet, a darkness planet. Slowly, he gets up, gradually remembering how he ended up here.

Valtor tries to get back up, but the fairies are too fast. They all converge on him again. The force of the hit is enough to knock him out. As he expected, the fairies won this fight.

Valtor pushes himself out of the wall and tries to blast the fairies with his essence at full strength. He isn't angry enough. They're all able to dodge it. They immediately converge on him again. He tries to avoid it, but he flies hard into the same wall, falling to the floor.
