Hopefully it is obvious, but I do want to make sure that I mention that I was shocked because of how stupid this was. I couldn't believe this horrible misinformation and conspiracy theory crap that was being spread.

After I posted a video talking about hantavirus and how most people don't need to worry about it and that this outbreak won't be a big one, I was sent a video about how the Pfizer COVID vaccine is causing hantavirus and that this will be an outbreak that will kill most of the world. I was shocked.

Be careful when cleaning out areas where rodents may have been living. If their urine, feces, or saliva has become dry, it may get airborne during the cleaning. If it is inhaled, it can cause sever, life threatening disease. Wear a mask, eye protection, and gloves.

Plastics are problematic. There are so many good and important social, economic, and other reasons to use plastics. But they are so bad for the environment and increasingly we are finding they are bad for our health. If we are to continue using plastics, they need to be better, safer, and healthier.

It has been about 40 years since the last new class of antibiotics was discovered. Researching these things take a TON of money. The cuts to research, public health, and healthcare in the US and globally is hurting this. We need to address this quickly before it is too late. We NEED antibiotics.

We need to continue to work hard to maintain and rebuild trust in the healthcare and public health fields. This erosion of trust and effects of refusing preventative measures will cause diseases and deaths at greater levels than we have experienced in years. Thank you to all fighting the good fight!
