China, starting in August, has returned to their prior levels of oil purchasing. They are no longer relying on their oil reserves, which was cushioning oil prices worldwide. Could it be that they are creating conditions for an economic disaster at the pumps in time for a GOP reckoning in November?

Hot take: if you are bothered by websites like this one asking you to verify your age, don’t hate the player, start taking your state politics more seriously. Were it not for state laws forcing age restrictions, putting users through that experience wasn’t on Bluesky’s bingo card.

It has been criminally underreported but Kelsey Pfendler has just rowed solo across the Pacific Ocean from the US coast to Hawaii in record time. A 2,400-mile unsupported journey in 43 days, 17 hours, and 55 minutes. Notably beating the Men’s record by 9 whole days.
