Yea I’m considering that, too! I think it’s a great idea. My bf did that to his iPhone VIA an app & never looked back! His screen is all black & white & you have to do some tinkering to access non-phone functions. That’s too much for his ADD brain so dumbing his phone this way was effective for him.

Yes! Honestly, the phone is making me overstimulated and I find that so annoying. Just looking at the surroundings lowers that feeling for me and suddenly I feel so much better. 😇
