Making "roasted veggie sauce" for my pasta dinner. I like this "recipe" cause it is basically just "bake whatever veggies I have on hand with oil, salt and herbs"
once its all roasted I will pull off peels and stems and such and then immersion blend it all together into a smooth sauce
