There's the saying about how every Pokemon is somebody's favorite, and I try to remember that the same idea applies to everything else in the world. Every movie, every book, every song, every game, every *artist* -- they're irreplaceable for somebody out there. So, make that thing and share it!!

My brainspace at any given moment is composed of women, existential pondering, the Wii Shop Channel music, appreciating the beauty of life and nature and culture and the world, which food I will eat next, whatever my current hyperfixation is, hoping the people I love are doing well, and also women.

Some nights I get existential before bed -- other nights, like tonight, I spontaneously get the urge to blast the entirety of Kiss From a Rose on surround sound speakers while singing along. The brain is a beautiful thing.

Tears don't always fall when they're supposed to. But it's not like emotions follow a set of logical rules.

I believe the way one loves is found in every pillar of their life. The way people game, scedule, eat, laugh, procrastinate, dream, etc.

I wouldn't be as physically strong as i am without the negative voices creeping in. But i also wouldn't be this physically strong without the friends who encouraged me and walked with me through many of the workouts.

It’s sad that the discussion around pornography is always framed as “it’s potentially harmful.” It’s also potentially healthy? What did you learn about yourself, your body, your gender, your preferences, your boundaries and your self expression through the smut you consume?

If you can't learn how to love the parts of yourself that you've hidden, then those parts will never get better. You'll feel lopsided.

I choose to believe in the best outcome every time.
I still expect the worst outcome at the same time.
I feel like both are forms of self-inflicted suffering.

I've been working on allowing my feelings grow into my emotions instead of just letting them sit in my head, but I think im close to calling it on this effort.

Learning that sympathy is closely tied to the size of one's amygdala and not so much its usage has altered my perspective on a few things.

I'm glad to see a lot of people coming around to the understanding that violence isn't solely a physical injury thing.

Physicality and mentality share a lot of themes. Be careful to not neglect either.

Between social media, live stream chat, and my own personal IRL encounters, I've noticed that too many people refuse to read [details, statements, overlays, the room] before asking the very question(s) that the ignored messages would have answered.

I'm under the impression that being considerate is more often a Vice than a Virtue.

If you think teaching kids is hard [it is], just wait until you try to teach an adult.

What is someone supposed to do when they have a "bleeding heart" inner personality but work in a field where they need to make hard decisions?
Usually, those who can make these decisions aren't the benevolent type.
Is there a level of pain someone is supposed to carry to make life better for others?

What is it about being trapped by our own thoughts that is so hard to overcome?

I vow to be as deliberate with my words as possible.

I believe "acceptance" is the greatest complementary virtue.
