…smelly

my back and leg have been awful lately. i laid in bed most of the day studying (after handling multiple emergencies at my apartment 🤬)

a lot of these seem pretty low

no because my brain hallucinated the spelt out middle english. it was being clear where and what language it was trying to substitute

"wol hir" is obviously "with her"

but also "hir" implies any sex, just like [her/his/their/its] in ASL are all the same handshape/"word" for implied any sex

new england is taking over my voice!

anyway, i was surprised to hear BOTH of our accents. 1) i was not expecting the irish bus driver and 2) i was certainly not expecting new england to come out of my mouth instead of midwest

and then i had a linguistically wild experience on the bus ride back. the one irish bus driver i been hearing over the bus radio was driving my bus today

me, in new england accent: how you doin?

him, in irish accent: im doin fine myself

NEW ENGLAND IS NOT MY ACCENT *(horrified babbling)*
