Yes. For as long as I've played Magic there's been a want from the community for a crossover. Endless custom cards in Inquest/Scrye. In the early aughts there was a custom Star Wars cube available for download on MTGNews/Salvation. Seeing your favorite characters on a MTG card is never a bad thing.

Yes. For as long as I've played Magic there's been a want from the community for a crossover. Endless custom cards in Inquest/Scrye. In the early aughts there was a custom Star Wars cube available for download on MTGNews/Salvation. Seeing your favorite characters on a MTG card is never a bad thing.
So you plan out the "turning of the dial" for powering up/down metas of formats? Or is it wholly reactionary after the fact?

Agree, Aetherdrift and Edge of Eternities feel very out of place in the MTG Multiverse.

Mines an airport. But I'm not there to catch a flight. Just kinda hanging out. And all the terminals are connected by concentric circles of pathways and neverending hallways. I just walk the airport the entire time.
