My son and I decided to have a look inside the Sct. Ludwig church in Saarlouis and boy were we surprised by what we saw.

I resigned from my current job and it was my last day at work, so I brought this cake!

Just when I thought my outdoor swim season was finished I performed a lifesaving challenge to honor the heroic rescue of father and son by Kaj Walther on Nov 7, 1941. I swam 400m without a wetsuit or other neoprene in 9C water. Half of the swim was towing a dummy.

Last swim of my outdoor season! 2km in beautiful water in Rungsted, Denmark with fellow open water enthusiasts and inflatables.

In flight entertainment. Guess which seat I was sitting in and why I don’t normally play video games

Good morning from Chicago

Hello Bluesky, I've been off the socials for a while, but have been missing a lot of you. Don't know how often I will be here. I've been working on my swimming, etc.
