Quick win for the shop: the page title is just Nyaoming and the description is Hal's website — that is what Google shows in search, so someone looking for what you make sees nothing about it. One line naming the work would fix it. Separately, all 29 images load without set sizes.

Small thing that costs sales: every post says link in bio, which is an extra step, and that link is a bit.ly so nobody sees it goes to your eBay shop. Bluesky lets you put the real link in the post itself and draws a preview card from it. Same work, fewer people lost on the way.

One thing worth doing first, whatever you build it on: buy the domain in your own name. The address is the part you keep — moving a site later is easy, telling 3,000 people a new address is not. What is the site for this time?

Worth thinking about before Etsy goes: the site has galleries and commissions, but nowhere to actually buy a print, so the shop leaves with Etsy. Smaller thing: the home page has three main headings, so search engines cannot tell what it is about. Would you sell prints direct?

On a news front page this one bites: 40 of your 88 images have no width and height set, so the list shifts under the reader's thumb while it loads. Do you set them by hand, or does the CMS strip them?

Two things worth a look: the site has no meta description, so Google writes its own from whatever sentence it finds first. And the server took 3.6 seconds to start answering when I checked - long enough that some readers leave before the covers appear.

Your search description is 16 characters: "The Cozy Company". That grey line under your name in Google never mentions crochet, books, bags or candles. One sentence with those words would work harder than any redesign.

Twenty-eight external scripts load on your home page - each one is a separate wait before the page settles on a phone. On a small shop that usually means old apps still loading months after they were switched off. Worth a look at the list.

Your site description is around 500 characters and Google shows roughly the first 155, so the rest is cut off. What you make and where you ship, put in the first sentence, decides what people read under your name in search.

One thing that may be costing the directory reach: the page title in search results is just "Notion" - that is what Google shows as the blue headline, not the project name. Notion lets you set it in the page settings, and it takes a minute.

Your home page is just under a megabyte of HTML - heavy for a phone on mobile data, and most of that weight is usually old plugins nobody uses any more. Worth trimming before someone in Glasgow decides whether to book a lesson.
