I'm not so sure about that first part. Right now they seem to think Dems in Congress could fix everything despite being in the minority. The example I use when it comes to time and majority for Dems is that it's much easier to destroy than to build.

The FedSoc justices have invented some several legal doctrines out whole cloth that let them do anything they like with the Constitution, and they seem to be of a mind that the post civil war constitution is unconstitutional.

Unfortunately, that may not be possible no matter what we want. There are too many variables. If Ds take Congress this year by 1 vote, at best they can stop rubber stamping & hold hearings. Come '28, voters elect another R Congress & President b/c Ds didn't magically fix everything.
