Resurfacing an old blogpost, it is interesting that standard dice notations (e.g., 1d6, 2d20, etc.) originated not from the original publisher of D&D but from the Alarums & Excursions fanzine.

In the third panel we pan to the left and see that there is a crow standing next to the dragon on the treasure. In the fourth panel we zoom in on the crows face. He says “hell yeah”.
