## **Cycle Touring & Bikepacking Festival 2026** (virtual event) ## **16 – 18 October 2026** **Details of the 2026 Virtual Festival programme are below.** Once again everything is free at the virtual festival. We don’t want cost to be a barrier to participation and just want to do something to make life a bit more interesting for everyone. We ask for donations from those who are able to give something, to help cover our overheads. The suggested donation per household is £5 for a talk or £20 for a number of talks or the whole event. The festival is non-profit and organised by volunteers. Our annual overheads are just under £1,000. We know from past events that around one third of people who attend one or more talks will donate. **SAVE THE DATE** : The next in-person festival will be held at John Ruskin School in Coniston, Cumbria from **30 April – 3 May 2027**.
