Going back to school is usually a psychological cry for help from me. That's why I was in college for 25 years and am now back... Going ok. Lots of bs busy work and bureaucracy. 😭😕😭😕😭😕

Haven't actually written anything yet (start back to school tomorrow and work Wednesday) but did actually think about writing while I was on vacay this week!

Lol first day back to work. Getting thru the hospital to my desk almost took me out!

6 more days without being able to put my foot on the ground. The rest of me is getting a hell of a workout!

I did well, considering I have torn the plantar fascia. Had a procedure today to excise the dead tissue and hopefully get it to heal!

I'm having a tenotomy done after the race. They use a needle and ultrasound to clean out the torn tissue and (hopefully) get it to start healing.

Tore my plantar fascia. Partially. So I have to have a procedure done eventually but I have a marathon to run first.
