I really wish the medical field wasn't filled with so many hoops to go over for marginalized people. Late stage capitalism playing a huge part and how hospitals being private owned and profit driven is sickening. Denials,rooted ableism and misogyny. All this has lead to selfend death rates to go up.

Reminder that my ex multiple times tried to talk me out on getting FFS. Saying I don't need it and faer saying that the doctor will look at me and say there's no need for it. When it didn't matter how I felt and despite it giving me grief. Also made me feel guilty for focusing on my transition.
