In untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia, fixed-duration venetoclax-based regimens were noninferior to continuous ibrutinib with regard to 3-year progression-free survival and were associated with higher MRD-negative rates. Full CLL17 phase 3 trial results: nej.md/3KiZKwl
