but I do agree, the new place really doesn’t need much of anything done to it, and we can probably call in help - hubs’ friends are the sort that can be plied with pizza and beer 👀

We had been talking about selling this place next spring, but went to go look at the new place “just to see” (famous last words)…got our docs in order and then chickened out…one of us couldn’t stop thinking about it 😂🫣…and then the price dropped. #ope

*current house is not a hovel, she is a small, stately old lady who has been loved & cared for & dragged, sometimes kicking and screaming, nearer to the 21st century. But our careers are perpetually not allowing us the time to do Farm Stuff & the math doesn’t make sense anymore and…it’s just time. 🤷‍♀️
