This week’s release is a seriously wild lot. I mean, it’s hard to even know where to start, there’s so much going on. We’re talking about highly funky, seriously complex coffee here - dark and brooding, heavy and sticky.

I remember washed coffee from Rwanda from when we first started roasting. It always had a distinctive earthy, rich intensity to it.

This lot from the Kirambo Washing Station reminds me of those coffees, and that’s why I snapped it up as soon as I tasted it

Well, either way, this one is some tasty coffee. Released today - check out the website for all that peachy jasminey lemony goodness. 🤤

Really happy to get our second coffee shop up and running this week in Sheffield city centre. It’s been quite a few very long days, but we got there in the end. Exciting times! 🥳

We're beyond excited to be getting stuck into our new roaster, the amazing P3000 from Roest. It's early days, but we're already seeing huge amounts of potential in this machine.

Wish us luck, we have a crazy few weeks ahead getting all our coffee dialled in. 😁

We just launched another new coffee. This is the first time we've bought coffee from this producer, Edwin Sabillón Paz.

It's a really clean lot with mandarin, melon and black tea notes. I've been loving this as my first brew of the day using the Hario Switch. So good.....

Got some new beans for you all!

It's an amazing natural Pink Bourbon from an incredible grower in Colombia, Luz Helena Salazar.

Notes of star anise and cherry balsam, big lime acidity. A fizzy, complex and wild lot. Hope you enjoy!
