I think swaddling myself in satin every night is helping me somehow. Satin comforter, satin blanket, satin pillow cover. It sets of some kind of tactile euphoria in my brain, and even when I can't sleep, just feeling it against my skin is everything.

Restarted my diet today. Got a ton of high fiber foods, reducing my carb ibtake (not eliminating it), going to try really hard to not drink my calories.
Bam, woke up with a migraine that only let me work about 5 hours today. Dinner is now hash browns and chicken patties. :/
