Nabokov's LOLITA, that was about a pedophile's projections on a young girl he was abusing. It's not actually a love story. Because there cannot be a love affair between a grown man & a thirteen year old girl. I hope the lesson taken away from that novel is the cruelty of abuse, not idolizing it.
