Is our Future in history or is our Future history if we keep heading down the current path that we are on?

The Future us needs the current us to figure it out and learn from our mistakes instead of continually repeating them.

The Future is watching!

At a time when the most influential leaders of the U.S. need to stand up loudly and clearly for the rule of law, they are leading the charge in the opposite direction.

But not Jack Smith.

Kudos to him for continuing to be a much needed voice of clarity.
Jack Smith: "History teaches that the rule of law is rarely destroyed all at once. It's often weakened by attacks on the institutions and the public servants sworn to uphold it. Since January 2025, we have witnessed precisely such an effort."

If you are the so called leader of a country and you have to run ads to try and make yourself look good and feel loved, you’re probably not doing a good job as the leader of that country. Only weak leaders need to run ads to feel good about themselves.

"We can learn from history, but we can also deceive ourselves when we selectively take evidence from the past to justify what we have already made up our minds to do." - George Bernard Shaw

Also can be said about some Christians who selectively take passages from the Bible to justify their actions.

"The single most dangerous thing you can do in politics is shut off information from people who don't agree with you. Surround yourself with sycophants, listen only to the yea-sayers … then stick a fork in it, you're done."
- Molly Ivins

Yep, sounds about right.

Blueberries due to E. coli.

Bread that might have nails in it.

30,000 pounds of beef because Trump’s USDA failed to inspect it.

I guess one way to bring down Americans’ grocery bills is to leave us with nothing safe to buy.
An emergency recall has been issued for 30,000 pounds of beef recently imported by the Trump administration.

They played together, shared meals, napped together. Both were young adults.
