Last night some of us got to see the Lunar eclipse take place. If you didn’t here is the view from my backyard. Made from about 4000 images taken with my Vespera Passenger. I had an incredible night watching the moon vanish and reappear until the rain clouds came in. #moon #eclipse #timelapse

This was me last week. I have lost weight as well as bulking up a bit. Diet is much better now. Still a long way to go though.

Hoorah - the first sign that working out is actually making a difference. My chest hair is a mixture of colours now though, the consequence of aging.
