The developer has stated they don't like PC and doesn't want their games there.. for whatever reason I don't know, but it is a shame because they have done a few games I would really like on PC.

Sometimes local individual Walmarts do stuff like these. I have gotten a bunch of Switch JRPGs from $5-$20. Usually they don't even sticker them, you have to kind of use your phone to scan them through the glass.
