Shortage of doctors is being felt across the country and the world, to tackle this challenge we are opening the new medical school, hiring more family doctors in BC and recruiting US and other internationally trained doctors!

Through the hard work of the Fijian community and the Fiji Canada Association, our BC Government was able to dedicate the day to honour and commemorate the arrival of Indian indentured laborers to Fiji on May 14, 1879.

Today at the Surrey Vaisakhi Nagar Kirtan, I heard the phrase “Sarbat da Bhala”, wishing well for all. It really stayed with me. The idea of looking beyond ourselves and hoping for the wellbeing of everyone is a powerful part of Sikhism and something we can all carry in our lives

It is the central distribution point for almost half of the medicines, vaccines, and pharmacy supplies that get distributed throughout BC to retail and hospital pharmacies on a same day or next day basis.
