It's a bit melodramatic, but single family home sale prices in my part of Etobicoke have definitely dropped by observable amounts. Obviously the peak was nuts and these homes are still unattainable to so many, but average sale prices are down 10-20% in places.

An awful lot of "let's ignore the really terrible seasons because this show had a couple of good ones" on here.
