My first ever homemade Tiramisu for tomorrows Italian feast
Having very old friends over for the first time in a few years so a little nervous.
Apparently this tastes better if it’s given time for the flavours to develop hence the midnight baking :)

Very very glad I didn’t see this weeks episode of Casualty till after surgery- the paralysis storyline was too close to my life for the last 6 months.

One week post spinal surgery and woke up this morning with a leftover kebab and an espresso martini hangover!!
Thanks to good friends (and Deliveroo) for the surprise Friday night visit means I didn’t feel like I was missing out

Well happy to report that spinal surgery went really well and one week later my neck looks like I’m mid assimilation from the Borg - but I’m here and have more sensation now. Now just got to spend two months in recover and this collar #rockandroll
