So our esteemed governor once again makes Texas look like a state of insensitive pigs by overriding the half-mast flag mandate for President. Carter. He's probably lobbying Maj. MAGAt for a place in the administration. Bonus points if he can stab President Biden in the process.

As a retired print journalist, I applaud Ann Telnaes. I cancelled my WaPo sub back in late-Oct.
So no jail time For Maj. MAGAt on Jan. 10. No surprise. Couldn't it be several years and a suspended sentence at least? It's a felony on his record but, otherwise, it seems like a slap on the wrist when anyone else would be assigned an orange jumpsuit.

DJT's new grift is to invite minions to pray with him at a church TBN on Jan. 19. Well, as long as they pay the price of admission of at least $100,000 or raise $200,000. Seems about right. He has been elected. This is just to pay off E. Jean Carroll and other debts, apparently. Which church?
