I don't automatically recommend a new system when something isn't working.
First I want to know whether the problem is actually the system.

You don't necessarily need a transformation programme.
You might need somebody else to own the invoicing.

I don't think the goal of AI in a small business should be "use more AI".
It should be removing repetitive work without removing the human bits customers actually value.

I genuinely enjoy taking something in a business that's a bit "we sort of do it like this..." and turning it into something another human can actually follow.
