* Has a government tried to ban it for saying something uncomfortable?
* Is there at least one weirdo auteur in the medium?
* Have people loudly decried it as "not-real-art"
If two are true, it's probably art.

Americans seem to swing between electing the worst possible oligarch available and then swinging back to a respectable democratic centrist.
Why do they bother with centrism? Why not go for somebody exciting and young with principles and passion like AOC?

The use of generative tools in academia are primarily an issue for things like homework and assignments, things which were already being derided as outdated tools.
Maybe this is a hint that we should be moving away from essays and tests altogether.

Genres are a squirreley thing, just boxes we put art into, but I think genres are at their most useful when they define the emotion they invoke. Horror, Suspense, Drama, comedy etc...
Could there be a periodic table of emotions from which new genres could be theorised to exist and then created?

Weird thing I struggle with in RPGs is making characters who are too complete.
In order to have a character arc, most characters in narrative stories tend to have a lie or flaw that exists at the start and is addressed during the story. But with RPGs there's an urge to avoid such flaws.
