I just finished binge-watching “Paradise,” and it’s give “Lost”-last-episode vibes, and that ain’t good. I don’t think it will have a satisfying explanation for the central mystery at its core.

“One Battle After Another,” with its problematic depiction of Black women, winning Best Picture when “Sinners,”where Black people are fully seen, was right there is disappointing to say the least. But I’m glad Michael B and Ryan are leaving there with something.
