Its been an..interesting few weeks since I signed off for work stress. While I've managed to (mostly) detach from work (calls and messages from my team don't help), it's helped me take a step back and see things from a greater angle. My appointment is still a couple days off but I will continue-

Small update. Finally registered with my local GP! Went in to see what was what and within a couple hours I get a message that I can use their services, sweet.

I've officially hit my limit now, I cannot stand the constant demands for things to be done a certain way and to "lean on" my team because the business can't allocate resource properly without pushing a shitload of overtime. Im struggling to sleep or switch off and its getting under my scales..

I do think not enough people know this - everything after a question mark in a URL is garbage. You can delete it all and the URL still works fine. Strip that shit out when sharing anything.
I saw an infographic a couple years ago about how to remove source identifiers from links and why it's important, but I can't find it again and too many people I know are sending me links with them so here's an infographic straight from the oven

Gotta say, for a saturday at a con, its been a disappointment. I need to learn to be more fluid and try to enjoy myself instead of getting into a headspace of things id like to happen which won't that starts a spiral of a wasted day.

Blech, starting to feel like the social equivalent of a dated piece of battery tech lately. Unable to fully charge up and depletes a LOT faster than you'd expect, especially under minimal load..
I really wanna spend more time at CFz out of the room than in.. just feel like itll be a struggle again..

It remains to be seen as yet.. but there might have been a silver lining to rebuilding my PC a couple weeks back.
I MIGHT now be able to play Dishonored 2 again after so long! Used to work fine then one day it would just crash on startup without any info/report..
But I'm hopeful!

So, I may as well change my name to Vincent Van Gogh-FUCK-Myself as the weekend rolls round and my barely 3yr old PC has decided to run into an endless bootloop of no event fails and supposed cpu instability, even after a restore point.
Guess its a weekend of sitting on SCAN hating my wallet..
