Isn't it therefore legal for states to change their constitutions to cause their electoral college votes for president to be based on the whims of the state politicians, and even refuse to have a public vote at all ?
And some weak state constitutions probably let that happen right now.

God, why now ? This is not helpful. Nobody really wants non-citizens to vote in federal elections. So what good is this ruling to anyone except to provide talking points to republicans just before an election.

The real remedy is to impeach and remove him.
Surely there must be _something_ that would get those cowardly congress and senators to do their fucking jobs?

Look, I don't believe at all, in the idea that a divorced woman, or one who has had a lot of partners shouldn't wear white to her wedding.
But, maybe we should consider the levels of self-abasement a person such as this has chosen for herself in her subservience to Donald Trump as disqualifying.
