Its normal for people with longer waitlists or that don’t give etas. If you’re good about updating people and sticking to time tables it might be extra uneeded work. That said if people keep poking you about updates it’s a easy place to point them to.

Toss halved or small brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper. Throw in an uncovered hot pan. Brown the sprouts then turn down the heat and cover until they’re the tenderness you like, then turn back up the heat and pour some balsamic vinegar over them and cook it off then sweeten with honey.
