More Statham. Relentless. Solid acting especially Statham and McShane. Utterly ridiculous car combat with a real sense of stakes. Also real ass practical stunts. Fucking banger. Love this one. Big, dumb and loud.

Not the train wreck I expected but also the weakest of the series so far. Great performance by Neve and Cox but surrounded by lame-ass characters and the worst killer reveal of the franchise. (Seriously wtf) Some phenomenal kills though which give it a boost.

Yes Mic Gordon absolutely crushed it with Doom and Eternal but Finishing Move more than proved to be his heir with Dark Ages and Revelation. Until it is Done in particular is one of the best Doom tracks ever. Period. Also Blood Red

Rolled credits on this little gem of a game. Batman’s entire history is represented in some way. Gameplay is simple yet addictive. One of my favorites of the year. Now time to collectible hunt and wait for the dlc.

Nearly 20 years later and still a banger. Outstanding special effects and action. Solid characters. Tight pacing and script. That score. Chefs kiss. Peters still iconic voiceover. (I cried hearing him again tonite). Second best Bayformers.

I’m in this shouting out the Goat that is Hard Boiled.
Typical Genre/Statham tropes but handled with solid direction, slick & brutal action (night club climax is fantastic) and a damn good Statham performance. He’s so in his bag for this one as a Depressed/wounded former badass.

More Statham. Long, melodramatic and brief overly edited action is barely saved by a solid cast. Statham gives an honestly great performance as if he stepped it up in presence of DeNiro and they’ve got chemistry. Owen is a solid.

With Priscilla on Highlander. One of my favorite films ever. I own and have seen every episode of the show. However I have seen the sequels. Quickening is terrible and Renegade sorta saves it. 3 is not good like at all and Endgame at least had great action. Don’t watch Source. AT ALL.
I occasionally worry that Highlander might be my favorite movie, and I actually (mostly) love the TV series, yet I'm deeply afraid of every single Highlander sequel and I've never watched any of them. I'm simply not strong enough for whatever this is.
Everyone stop what you're doing and watch this absolutely genuine clip from the ending of Highlander 5 (Dir. Brett Leonard, 2007).

It didn’t all work for me. Riddler and joker in particular just felt too drastic a shift. Great action however but the finale felt rushed.

Watching Caped Crusader S2 and I just can’t vibe with this version of the Riddler. He’s my favorite of the Batman Rogues so figured why not drop my top 4 iterations outside the comics. Enjoy.

FTW. Holy shit. Best Jackie film in years. One of his best performances too. Zhang Zifeng absolutely crushes it and Tony Leung is a brutal villain. Legit great action with some show stopper set pieces. Absolute god tier banger

They pack a lot into 79 minutes and it’s just about as close to an adaptation as they can get. Superb and violent action. Great voice cast. Finally they did one of my favorite Bat stories justice. Huge recommendation. Bring on KnightQuest!

Rewatch. Supremely underrated take on grief, love, loss, family, trauma and the future. Great and hysterical dialogue. A stacked cast. One of my favorites.

Highly efficient and Frankenheimer directs the fuck out of it. Lean, mean, some good twists. Solid action with some of the best car chases ever put on film. Deniro and Reno are gold together.

Outstanding fights, some of the best of the year, laugh out loud comedy and a standout leading man performance from Xie Miao really help elevate this from its generic plot and hard left into dramatic territory. An absolute blast.

Rewatch for Big Bad. Utterly batshit, art house, horror/action film with a hint of Lynch. It’s a mindfuck with brilliant action and a climax that’s gory as fuck. One of Adkins best.
