MAHA UPDATE: the Trump admin just made a lawyer for Abbott Labs head of food safety. He (unsuccessfully) defended them from charges that premies became catastrophically ill from their formula. Same company caused a formula shortage when they shut down a plant for unsanitary conditions.

As a member of IATSE I couldn’t care less about the #oscars. We were told by writers, actors and directors to stand in solidarity with them during the strikes in 2023. Hollywood has still not come close to recovering. Where is the #solidarity by working outside of the US and #hollywood @variety.com

If Republicans make massive cuts to Medicaid, it will impact all aspects of our health care system. Millions of kids will lose coverage, hospital and insurance rates will soar and nursing homes will shut down.

Elon Musk currently has a 4,500,000 sq. ft. car manufacturing plant in China. Tesla does not currently have car plants in Canada or Mexico. One is planned for Mexico. In time for a tariff lift.
