There's a burst water main at my mum's house so this is gonna be an absolute nightmare, depending where they dig to fix it could mean a 10m detour for the carers

It's become apparent that I've no idea how to price stuff for eBay, how do people just do this? I basically need Marie Kondo with a set of thumb screws to get me to part with anything and even then I price it like I want to keep it
