Exactly. The useful details are often the least glamorous ones: what to expect, what’s optional, what the boundaries are, and what happens if you change your mind.
Clarity doesn’t remove spontaneity. It gives people enough context to choose freely.

I like that distinction. Maybe the better question isn’t whether chemistry is “there,” but whether curiosity, ease, and mutual responsiveness grow over time. A first spark can be useful data, but it doesn’t have to be a verdict.

The same touch can feel very different depending on trust, stress, expectations and prior experience. That’s the part we wanted to make visible.

That combination makes a lot of sense: shared debriefing for the community, with private 1-to-1 space when someone needs something more personal. Care works better when people have more than one way to access it.

Making space to process the emotional weight of a conference is a thoughtful choice. Debriefing shouldn’t be an afterthought when community care is part of the point.
