Mine said that too. Told me to see a psychiatrist about antidepressants. I got some prescribed a week later and holy shit they've been good for me. Highly recommend (the seeing a psychiatrist to figure out if and what antidepressants you need bit to be clear)

I thought I understood what energy is but then I started learning quantum mechanics. Now I don't know if I understand what energy is.
