I’ve been using this expensive fertilizer from a bankrupt pot farm on my gardens. They’re exploding! Finally! One would never come across that stuff for watering a lawn, normally, but in conjunction with fish meal and compost…it’s working!

2nd full crop and third is blossoming, despite my desire to transplant the globe artichokes.
I have 4 varieties now. 2 really spectacular, a deep red and one that you grow for the stalks not the flowers. I’m making a full artichoke garden; if they’ll calm down :)

Working for the City of Newport, my health insurance costs $800 per month and covers 10% of the cost of seeing a nurse - not a medical doctor, a nurse - when I have health care needs. When a tendon split in half, they called it elective care. When I got pneumonia, it cost me $1300 for antibiotics.
