the Series X update that came out today for Fallout 76 is a night and day difference over he old version. super smooth 60 with VRR that actually works, everything looks so much better and the game feels more responsive too. kinda hilarious that it took them this long to do it though

two weeks of having a vehicle after not having one, and not even driving for over 10 years, has been an experience. I missed driving a LOT. diving balls-deep into city driving like this though, wow. too many shitty drivers out there, but at least I have always been an excellent defensive driver.

we went to the Canadian Tire on Carling Ave. tonight and apparently it's the largest Canadian Tire in the country.. I did not know that before we went, but it makes sense now. TWO stories, it was massive.

I have to go to the rental office yet again because the parking spot they gave me is next to a wall and is way too tight to try and get in and out of the car. this'll be four times I've had to go and discuss parking arrangements.. two before to inquire, two to assign and now relocate
